The Assignment: Comm III: Research and Presentation Semester Research Paper.
The Thesis: Sustainability as pertaining to green neighborhoods has its roots in in the Great Depression and greenbelt communities.
The Inspiration: Green Design
Overcoming this research paper was quite a feat! With the exception of small assignments such as quizzes and peer reviews, this paper is the only grade in the class. After working on it all day yesterday and adding the finishing touches to the physical research part, my brain is fried. Always one to find the creativity in situations, I wondered...what does the rest of the world (outside of designers, environmentalists, and artists) think "green design" actually is? I put the term "green design" into my Yahoo search bar and these are images that resulted.
Basically, this term is often translated literally within interior design. Take a look...let me know what you think defines "green design".
